Run by a fine man, honest and reliable. The work has always been done right, and I have never had to go back for a redo. I would heartily recommend Carcuzzi to anyone needing vehicle work done.
Nice guys but completely incompetent. They're parts jerks: they don't really ever know what's wrong with your car, but will replace parts until it is fixed. Meanwhile, you pay for all those parts. But what does anyone know about cars, especially since they rarely give a written estimate? It's really too bad these guys are so inept, because there are so few mechanics in the TriLakes area with a good reputation.
