Very nice with check in they need new beds rooms pricey for no continental breakfast. Restaurant was nice 10% off bill for food. Very speedy with service in room toilet issue fixed right away. Room clean fridge and microwave perfect and Kerrig machine great brought our own coffee worked great for 3 night stay
Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were ok, they seemed clean and well kept. It's the location that bumps this from 4 star to 5 star. We stayed here two nights to visit a local camp... so it was wonderful that we were within walking distance of so many amenities. Several restaurants, a supermarket, gas station and the view is spectacular. Really great choice for us... and the staff, very nice. We will come back.
Very friendly staff and the hotel is very nice and clean! Everything is always fully stocked. You can smell the chlorine as you enter the indoor heated which lets you know it’s very clean and sanitary. Every time I come to Saranac Lake I always stay at the Best Western. I love it here!
This Best Western is a 5 star "PET FRIENDLY" hotel. The service they provide pet owners is outstanding. I recommend that all responsible pet owners stay here. Just remember to clean after your pet so we don't loose this fabulous hotel.
I liked that the hotel was a bit out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Lake Placid. The room were nice and the staff was very pleasant.
