Overall, the job is relatively simple and they seem to have a hard time doing it. It appears to be a bunch of kids that can't do their jobs. Probably due to poor training.
Its fast food ok quality. Service not too bad.
Heavy rationing of nugget sauces here. Either there's a sweet and sour shortage or the 13¢ cost of a packet is too much to absorb.
We came through the drive-thru...no ice in the drink, wrong sauce, the fries we hardly warm, and the buttermilk crispy chicken tenders were really brown and slightly chewy. We were pulled forward to wait for the 4 cookies (which took 7 minutes). The ketchup they gave us was cover in sticky brown stuff.
Horrible service and very disrespectful. They were dropping orders as well as touching the food. It looks like a 4 year old is running this place it also took for every to get the food and last this place is horrible and super filthy
Let me just say something. Worst experience for eating in. The cashier was acting like she just shot up 30 mins ago, only gave my friend 61 cents when she was supposed to get $10.61 back. The other one jumped in and was rude af. Then the first 'drugged' left the busy cashier to go drink her coffee and talk to another employee. Then get this. She stuck her hand down her pants, and went back to the cashier when she finally realized there were other customers. (4) The food tasted good until I saw that....
