Went in to the SL store after not getting help at a competitor up the road a ways. Tom was very nice and helpful. I bought a sofa, a queen bed, bedframe and mattress protector. Thankfully, they deliver. I went home and was looking at the website to see what else they have as I need more furniture. I found that everything I purchased in the store was significantly less on the website. I'm still waiting for resolution after calling every day. I will now always check multiple sources for prices before shelling out almost $2,000.
Guy and his crew are always a great help. I've gone in many times in the Saranac Lake store. They take the time to listen to your wants and needs and help guide you to what you need. They don't pressure you into buying things. That's why my Friends and I keep going back. Thank you

I recently purchased an adjustable base from this place and let me tell you that I have never slept better! I almost bought it when I purchase my mattress a while ago from this same place but decided to wait, I wish I hadn't the delivery man were extremely helpful with getting it in and set up along with the owner (Guy) who was there from purchase to set up. I went to rice furniture right down the street before purchasing from wholesale and I don't know why people go to them. They were rude and because I went in after work they assumed that I couldn't afford anything in their showroom well not only did I get treated better at wholesale I got a better deal too! I won't buy furniture anywhere else.
We got our sectional back in April of this year and I am 100% happy with my purchase! Not only was it awesome customer service but they beat any price around by hundreds of dollars! I am definitely a returning customer for all my future furniture and appliance needs!!
