why would anyone think helium should be free. gas isn't fee at the Shell station, and then get offended they have to pay for a product that cost money. what is wrong with people these days.

I had 8 emoji balloons that I was told over the phone, could be filled. As they were about to be filled, I was informed that it would cost me $22 - I have my daughter and her friend right next to me as this is happening. I felt misinformed and it was insulting. I made a comment about letting customers know the fee information.
